1. General Provisions

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made to your own verified payment account.
• uk66 reserves the right to require identity verification for large withdrawals.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn unless the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions Terms

uk66 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus offers cannot be combined with each other unless specifically stated.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will result in all accounts being closed.
• uk66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If misuse or abuse of a bonus is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.
• Each bonus offer may have an expiry period; if the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on uk66 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games on uk66 are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. No game result is predetermined, and if a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, uk66 reserves the right to make a decision regarding the relevant bet.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In cases of abnormal wins or losses due to technical errors, uk66 reserves the right to reconsider the decision.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, decisions will be made in accordance with uk66's established rules.
• Bets placed based on incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a system error will be considered void.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on uk66, and engaging in such activities may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of associated funds:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other unlawful means.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or any other artificial assistance.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for gain (and failing to report these to uk66 immediately).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to influence game results through dishonest collusion with other users.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against uk66 with dishonest intent.
• Harassing, intimidating, or causing harm in any way to other users of the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to improperly exploit bonus offers.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

uk66 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

8.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by requesting our support team. Any pending bets and verified balance will be settled before the account is closed.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

uk66 may take action in accordance with the applicable policy for accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Contact support to reactivate an inactive account.

9. Limitation of Liability
